Swedish Massage

This is a great way to relax and reduce stress. We use long, smooth flowing techniques that help relive tension in minor aches and pains such as migraines, muscle spasms, general stiffness and more.

Deep Tissue Therapy

Pressure is different for everybody. This technique helps break up scar tissue from old injuries or normal "wear and tear" of muscles to increase range of motion and flexibility.

Sports Massage

This is a great way to prepare athletes for the exertion of all-out competitions, or after an event to normalize the tissues and relax the athlete. Regular sessions during training will allow the athlete to train harder with fewer injuries, and massage during rehabilitation to recover from injury more quickly with less chance of re-injury.

Prenatal Massage

With all the aches, pains and changes of the body mothers-to-be go through, massage therapy is very beneficial. It is just modified by lying the client carefully on their side, with pillows places for comfort. It also helps the expecting mother to sleep better at night!

Myofascial Release

A manual therapy technique that works on deeper underlying connective tissue or trigger points to facilitate the release of chronic muscular tensions.

Therapeutic Massage

Different types of techniques are used to reduce problems and change in the muscles. Can include deep tissue, stretching, and joint movements.

The Works Massage

A very relaxing 1 hour Swedish massage which includes aromatherapy, hot stones to the back, steamed towels to the back, and a hot oil scalp treatment. Total 70 minutes.
